ITEP's Team

We are the unique company who are 100% specialists just in Inca Jungle Trek to Machu Picchu. We concentrate our efforts on operating just the Inca Jungle Trail. We don't offer a lot, but what we do offer we do it well and by giving our guides, cooks and horsemen consistent work all year round we are able to keep an experienced team together and therefore attract some of the best staff available.

William Escalante Chief Executive Officer

William oversees all aspects of Inka Trail Expeditions PerĂº, showing an extremely precise attention to every operation, in charge of the financial activities like raising and structuring the capital, but also the tourism side of things like the peculiar selection of tours offered, without even mentioning the strategic planning, or even the corporate performance and humane dimension of the company.

Antonio Loaiza Administration Office Manager

Started working in November 2007.

Antonio has been involved with the travel industry for over 5 years. Antonio's career has been pretty active to say the least, as she has been working in retail travel, marketing, airfare negotiation, wholesale operations and public relations. His greatest passion is building relationships with people and helping others fulfill their travel dreams.

Minelva Tarapaqui Business Operations Manager

Minelva has implemented business processes and talent management practices that enable our consultants to meet and exceed the ever-evolving needs of our clients. Minelva understands that delivering on our commitment to clients (outside) begins with hard work on our own business (inside). Minelva leads all internal Inka Trail Expeditions PerĂº (in charge of the activities dedicated to trekking adventures in the Sacred Valley) and Imperios Travel operations (the entity on the national level), including facilities management. During his time with us, she has implemented a wide array of processes to increase the firm's responsiveness, quality, and efficiency. She has a passion for hiring, developing, and retaining talented employees because Minelva understands that the satisfaction brought to our clients is directly linked to the value of our talent

Liz Katherine Enriquez Accounting and Administrative Services

Katherine has been a member of the Accounting team since 2012. Katherine currently attends as the Accounts Payables Specialist, handling all of the payable functions for more than thirty accounts. Katherine also oversees the human resources reporting and payroll functions. Katherine' financial background includes investor and administration accounting.

Isaud Vela System Office Manager

Started working in November 2007.

Isaud has been involved with the travel industry for over 5 years. Isaud's career has been pretty active to say the least, as he has been working in retail travel, strategic marketing advertising to deliver a quick yet precise inventive solution to any visual requests. His training in photography, illustration, event organizing and PR only further enhances his set of skills.

His greatest passion is building relationships with people and helping to developed networks projects.

Jose Rodriguez System Director

Jose's strengths lie in the visual translation of effective communications no matter the original format. He uses his skills in creative design, strategic marketing advertising to deliver a quick yet precise inventive solution to any visual requests.
